Fato`s machinery can pass CE certificate and our factory apply with ISO9001 standard, our machines accord with highest quality level, and it helps to get businesses from all over the worl.
Fato make customized machinery according to Clients` requirements, so we ask clients to send us different samples to better understand their demands, and also samples for FAT in our factory(required by clients and they send us samples for test).
Some clients ask our engineer to go to their factory to solve the production problems, in order for both parties to understand each other better, Fato needs to improve our machines after seeing the real production, and the client needs to run the machine more smoothly after our engineer`s debugging.
Fato provides on-site installation and maintenance for our foreign customers, our after-sale engineers are sent to different continents to complete their jobs, and this service helps clients to finish FAT and SAT, and start bulk production promptly.
In October 2021, Fato received an urgent order from Aptar Suzhou, they need to get a spare motor and reducer to replace their worn-out items, Fato contacted with supplier very soon and supplied as soon as possible to solve this problem for Aptar, in order to keep production running.
